When appearing together in a chart, they are the apotheosis of interaction (88) and rulership (99). They have no equal, no compeer. Both of these Master numbers are fully manifested in the King's Numerology™ chart of President Donald John Trump, but neither is manifest in the chart of Joe Biden. The 88 Master Number The 88 Master number is fully discussed in Part 8 of the 2016 Presidential Election series between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. That article reveals some U.S. Presidents who had the 88 Master number in their charts, an esteemed ensemble that now includes Donald Trump.
This amalgam of 88 Master energy in Donald Trump's chart is absolutely stunning. This is one reason Donald Trump was elected as the 45th President of the United States. Going forward into the 2020 Presidential Election, Joe Biden doesn't even have a simple 8 in his Basic Matrix; nor can he engage and interact like President Trump. It is this enormous amount of 88 Master energy that allows Trump to engage and interact with others, as well as manage the broad complex affairs of the United States of America. Furthermore, to have a hepstack (seven stack) of 88 energy is so rare it is highly improbable that there could ever be another United States President like Donald J. Trump. The 99 Master Number The #9 is known in the King's Numerology™ system as the Grand Elemental, Grand Ruler and Grand Amplifier. This is because the #9 contains all of the basic numbers 1 through 8 within it. Therefore, the #9 harmonizes with everyone because it is everyone. In simpler terms, the #9 is humanity. Donald Trump's Performance/Reality (P/E) number is not just a simple 9; it is the massive 99-9 Master number. It is the 99-9 that allows Trump to not just engage with all people the world over, but to possess a sense of leadership with other heads of state, as his dual recommendations to receive the Nobel Peace Prize reveal.
